"there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle and Imran, our driver was absolutely lovely, the car he came in was perfectly clean, tidy and fit for purpose.
However, if one is paying for an executive Mercedes at a pop of £90 for what is in effect a 5 minute trip to the venue, and another 5 minutes return - then I don't think that it is unreasonable to expect an executive vehicle - or if one isn't free, a discount on the cost should be offered - particularly as I wasn't informed that the car that I had booked wasn't available until after I had booked the trip and paid for it.
It does beg the question of whether an executive vehicle is ever available? Feels like a bit of a swizz to be honest."

"We had a few problems leading up to our 40th wedding anniversary at G Live in Guildford. My major Ankle operation was brought forward , so it meant I had problems with walking as I was not allowed to ground my left foot. With 6 guests invited we needed a Taxi (8 seater) to be reliable and professional. We got that with our order.
